Direction of Use: 1. Add 1 measure of idli mix to 1 measure of curd & 1-measure of water, mixing without lumps, mix into a batter 2. Grease idli moulds 3. Fill the batter in the idli moulds 4. Steam idlis for 15-20 min 5. Remove the idli plates from the water pan 6. Run a knife around the idlis. They will pop out of their moulds 7. Serve soft and fluffy idlis with coconut peanut chutney & sambar.
