Return eligibility depends on the product. Glucometers can be returned within 14 days for replacement or refund pursuant to warranty. Food & beverages can be returned within 7 days if damaged, defective, or different from description. Glucometer strips are non-returnable except if delivered past expiry date.2
If you cancel before shipment, you receive 100% refund. If you cancel after shipment but before delivery, you receive 90% refund (10% deducted for logistics). After delivery, cancellation is not possible but you may request a return per the return policy.2
