Dosage:

  • Twice a day: Take 30 ml juice with 30 ml warm water in the morning on an empty stomach & in the evening 1 hour post-dinner.

  • Sarpagandha (Rauvolfia serpentina) - 1.25 g
  • Bach (Acorus calamus) - 2.5 g
  • Jatamansi (Nardostachys jatamansi) - 2.5 g
